GUESS WHAT!! My contract as accepted! So long as all the paperwork goes through, the inspections come back OK and loan gets processed as fast as I need it to....... I will be the proud owner of this house on April 1st!!!!

Bonnie- There is not clickable button on the blog to publish a new post so you need to try to get to your "dashboard." There will be a button there to post a blog. It is pretty user friendly from there...
