Letter from Mr. Fygetakes to Madison Square Garden
To Whom It May Concern:
On Wednesday September 13, 2006 I attended the Roger Waters concert at Madison Square Garden.
I am extremely disappointed and humiliated by the treatment I received from that evenings staff. At approximately 9:45pm I was asked to leave my seat by several ushers, relinquish my ticket, which was destroyed, and forced to vacate the building. It was then explained to me that these actions were a result of another patron’s false accusation of me smoking cigarettes.
First and foremost I am not a smoker nor did I have any cigarettes in my hands, mouth or anywhere on my person. It appears that, other than hearsay, my removal and threatened arrest was not substantiated by any fact what so ever. I find it very disturbing to know that the Madison Square Garden staff made no effort to validate the claim against me and would react with such haste.
To resolve the problem I require you to refund or issue a credit for the ticket price along with the other four members of my party.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait one week before arranging for this matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Please contact me at the following email address Fygetakes@hotmail.com or by phone 917-375-0892.
Yours sincerely
Alexander Fygetakes

Dear MSG,
The other evening I was shit faced at your establishment. I was smoking winstons and beating up kids. Security asked me to leave which prompted me to fall on my ass and crap my pants. I was embarrassed and soiled. I want a new pair of wrangler jeans for me and my four friends, and tickets to Hall and Oates on ice.
Thank You,
Alex "The Smoking Gun" Fygetakes

I was with Alex at the concert. I start yelling at the security guard that he has been my friend for 10 yrs and he doesn't smoke. They got the wrong person. I'll be your witness Alex if you need one. Great letter!

Speaking of Hall and Oats.. they just played at the TransWorld convention. A friend of mine went and then out on the town in Saratoga w Oats (dark haired one). He's a total party animal.. and hates Hall (is that common knowledge?) Were they gay together at one time?
I started thinking about their songs.. and I never realized how much I would LOVE to go see them in concert. Well I didn't even know they were touring until now. Classics.
